Prize Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By participating in the Gift of Life Holiday Raffle, you agree to these conditions.

Prizes 1 & 2 – Festive Season Decorations and Christmas Wreath

These prizes include complimentary delivery within the United Kingdom. For delivery to destinations outside the UK, the winner will be responsible for covering any additional shipping costs. Delivery dates may vary depending on location and courier availability.

Prize 3 – Beauty Experience at Oblique Beauty Houses

The certificate must be redeemed within six months of the prize draw date. The experience will take place in London. The winner must arrange their appointment directly with Oblique Beauty Houses, and all bookings are subject to the salon’s availability.

Please note that some treatments may require advance scheduling and may be limited to specific booking periods.

This prize is valid for one person.

Prize 4 – Dinner for Two at ZIMA Restaurant

This prize includes a dinner for two guests at ZIMA Notting Hill or ZIMA Soho. The dinner must be reserved in advance and is subject to restaurant availability.

The voucher is valid for one year from the date of issue and can be redeemed for a maximum value of £250.

Prizes 5 & 6 – Artwalk London Guided Tour in Russian, Wine Tasting Experience

These experience-based prizes must be redeemed within six months of the prize draw date.

All experiences take place in London, the winner will need to arrange booking directly with the prize partner, subject to availability. Please note that some experiences may require advance planning and/or adherence to specific booking periods. The prizes are limited to one participant. 

Prize 7 – A Gift Set of Shaltay-Boltay Magazines

This prize includes complimentary delivery within the United Kingdom. For delivery to destinations outside the UK, the winner will be responsible for covering any additional shipping costs. Delivery dates may vary depending on location and courier availability.

Prize 8 – Two Tickets to an Event at Pushkin House

The winner will be able to choose a public event from Pushkin House’s upcoming programme in 2026 (to be selected once the programme is published). The prize is limited to two participants.

Prize 9 – Idiot Books Gift Certificate

The gift certificate is valid for six months from the date of the prize draw and must be redeemed within that period. Redemption is available in-store only at Idiot Books, London.

The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law, and all parties are deemed to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. The Terms and Conditions assume that you have acted like a prudent individual. If you choose to participate in this competition without taking normal precautions, you do so at your own risk. Gift of Life does not offer any competitions in any jurisdiction where such an offer or solicitation is unlawful or would impose any unfulfilled registration, qualification, publication, or approval requirements. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are not located in a jurisdiction where it is not unlawful for you to enter or participate in such competitions.

1. By purchasing an entry you agree to these terms and conditions. Any participation instructions form part of these terms and conditions. Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions will be invalid. Gift of Life's decisions pursuant to these terms and conditions shall be final and binding.

2. You represent and agree that:
a. You are 18 years of age or over.
b. You are a resident of the United Kingdom.
c. You will not buy or purport to buy an entry in this raffle on behalf of anybody under the age of 18.
d. You will provide accurate entry information, including your name and personal address

3. You agree that you shall not be entitled to receive any prize if you are unable to substantiate to the Promoter your representations under paragraph 2.

4. Entry is open to all residents of the UK.

5. Entry costs £10.00 per play, payable in advance. Entries may not be sold to or by anyone under 18 years of age. Each ticket represents one entry only.

6. Gift of Life may (without giving any reason or notice, at its absolute discretion) terminate or suspend the raffle.

7. The 🎁 Gift of Life Holiday Raffle 2025 Raffle draw will be conducted on 17/12/2025, or if this is not possible, on the next working day. The draw takes place with the winner being chosen by random. The results of the draw are final.

8. All participants will be notified once the draw has been made. A list of winning ticket numbers will be made available within 7 days of the draw, unless there are delays in contacting the winners, in which case the list will be made available as soon as the winners' names are confirmed. There are no alternatives to any prize except where stated and no interest is payable.

9. Gift of Life reserves the right to substitute a prize for a prize of equivalent or greater value, or at its sole discretion, the cash value of a prize, if this is necessary for reasons beyond Gift of Life’s control.
