The Old Russian New Year charity raffle - win prizes, help children beat cancer!
Continuing the tradition of making miracles happen at the Old Russian New Year, Gift of Life is delighted to announce the comeback of our very successful charity raffle. It’s a wonderful way to both enjoy fabulous prizes and help children beat cancer.
From a single ticket at just £15, you will help Gift of Life provide life-saving medication to children and young adults fighting oncological diseases in Russian hospitals, and also be in with your chance to win:

Thanks to Inhype Events, one of the most popular Russian pop performers, Julia ZIVERT, is coming to London with a big solo concert! Last year’s charity raffle raised nearly £7,000 which helped children like Nikita S from Cheremkhovo, near Irkutsk.
Until he was ten, Nikita lived an ordinary life just like thousands of kids, playing football, and dreaming of growing up soon. But things changed dramatically when he suddenly fell seriously ill and was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukaemia. This is a rare disease in children and accounts for about 15% of all cases of oncological diseases.
Not all hospitals in Russia can treat such serious cases. To maximise his chances for recovery, Nikita was sent the most advanced cancer clinic in Russia - the Dmitry Rogachev Centre in Moscow, where he was receiving the best possible treatment. Following an unsuccessful first attempt, Nikita underwent a second bone marrow transplantation in July 2021.
To prevent serious post-transplant liver complications (veno-occlusive liver disease), Nikita was prescribed a range of highly expensive medication, including 30 vials of Foscavir, a treatment currently unavailable in Russia. Now Nikita feels better and continues antiviral and antifungal therapy at the Centre.
Nikita’s story is real example of how small donations add up to make a big difference. Help other kids like him. The more tickets you buy, the more money Gift of Life raises to save lives.

Prizes terms and conditions
Prize 1: Delivery is included for UK addresses only. For other destinations, the delivery is to be covered by the winner.
Prize 2: The timeline and schedule of Russian Film Week 2022 to be discussed directly with the organisers. Gift of Life isn’t the event owner and holds no responsibility over the dates of the opening ceremony and subsequent events. A meeting with the organisers will be held prior to the festival.
Prize 3: Includes access to the Dancefloor area for two people. The concert will take place at indigo at The O2 on 17 February 2022, doors open 18:00. Non-refundable and non-transferable to other performances of the singer.
Prize 4: Valid for one person until 01.08.22. Booking in advance is mandatory via info@russianbanya.co.uk or 0203 906 2060, please quote your voucher number. The prize carries no cash value.
Prize 5: Delivery is included for UK addresses only. For other destinations, the delivery is to be covered by the winner.
Prize 6-7: Valid until 31.12.2022. Advance booking is mandatory.
Terms and conditions of Raffle participation:
1. By purchasing an entry you agree to these terms and conditions. Any participation instructions form part of these terms and conditions. Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions will be invalid. Gift of Life's decisions pursuant to these terms and conditions shall be final and binding.
2. You represent and agree that:
a. You are 18 years of age or over.
b. You are a resident of the United Kingdom.
c. You will not buy or purport to buy an entry in this raffle on behalf of anybody under the age of 18.
d. You will provide accurate entry information, including your name and personal address.
d. You will pay with a Debit Card.
3. You agree that you shall not be entitled to receive any prize if you are unable to substantiate to the Promoter your representations under paragraph 2.
4. Entry is open to all residents of the UK.
5. Entry costs £15.00 per play , payable in advance. Entries may not be sold to or by anyone under 18 years of age. Each ticket represents one entry only.
6. Gift of Life may (without giving any reason or notice, at its absolute discretion) terminate or suspend the raffle.
7. The The Old Russian New Year Charity Raffle Raffle draw will be conducted on 30/01/2022 , or if this is not possible, on the next working day. The draw takes place with the winner being chosen by random. The results of the draw are final.
8. Winners will be notified as soon as possible after the draw. A list of winning ticket numbers will be made available within 7 days of the draw here, unless there are delays in contacting the winners, in which case the list will be made available as soon as the winners' names are finalised. There are no alternatives to any prize except where stated and no interest is payable.
